2026 Spring Season
Regular Season Start date/ Bracket play-
· In person Game Scheduling day March 29th.
· Location: 2500 Marshall Rd Monaca, PA 15061
· Times:
o 6U at 3pm
o 8U at 3:30pm
o 10U at 4pm
o 12U at 4:30pm
Future Star Nominees must be in June 1st. (no exceptions)
2. April 20th through June 1st. (6 weeks of regular season)
3. Future Star submissions by June 1st from Umpires and District Representatives.
4. Playoff Bracket: Round 1 Date June 4th(rain date June 5th) Quarterfinals date June 8th (rain June 9th) Semi-finals June 10th (rain June 11th)
5. Next Championship Games and Future Star location. Beaver or New Brighton to host.
6. Championship date June 15th rain date June 16th. Future Stars June 17th and rain date June 18th (potential following week if rain is a factor)

BEAVER COUNTY FUTURE STARS: (announced prior to Championship games)
We are excited to see the nomniees for the Beaver County Future Stars. These players are named by opposing coaches from games played. The coach's turn in the opposing girls names to their own District Representative or send into the Beaver County League. Two girls from each district per age group.
Must be in by June 1st. No exceptions.
The Spring 2026 Seeding Games Google Sheet has one tab for 8u, 10u, and 12u. There is also a tab with a link to enter nominations for the Future Stars Game.
(District Representatives will give coaches the link)
Seeding games do not need to be played in any particular order. Please be sure to make up any missed seeding games.
The winning coach will be responsible for entering the score of the seeding game.
The losing coach will be responsible for verifying the score.
Please bring any discrepancies in the score to the league by emailing beavercountysoftball@gmail.com
After the seeding game, please nominate two girls of the opposing team for Future Stars using the Google Form link provided.
Rosters for each team will be listed to the right of the seeding game. Rosters will be completed before the start of the season on this page.
8U coaches only: Beaver 8U is not participating in the playoffs and will only have nominating games. The nominating games will be determined after the scheduling meeting.
Coin flip for home and away teams. Site location does not matter.
Umpire needs to be made aware at the beginning of the game that these are Seed games
Seeding and Bracket Formation : Seed Games: 5 Total Seed games
o The playoff format and schedule will be published and distributed prior Game Scheduling Day. The League will distribute 5 games to the district representatives to give to coaches to schedule with opposing team.
o Seed Games can be completed anytime during the regular season. The league recommends playing them closer to the end of the season
o Seed Games will be completed Once rosters are turned in prior to game scheduling day.
o Regular season rules apply
o Must have a winner. No ties. International tie breaker rule.
o If all 5 games cannot be played within the time frame it is a loss for both teams.
o If a team loses all 5 games they do not move on to bracket play.
o They will be posted on the Beaver county website and Facebook page.
